Some helpful tips when receiving your new pillow inserts

  • Open the box and bag carefully to insure not tearing the pillow.
  • Next, we have to bring the pillows back to life. There are two days to do so.
  • Option 1 - hold the pillow from the adjacent corner and lightly bat the pillow against your knee until the filling is properly distributed. Allow 24 hours to fully rebound back to its original shape.
  • Option 2 - place the pillow in direct sunlight for 24 hours. This will bring the pillow back to its original shape
